13.00-13.30 IFC presentation: “Scorecard – Improvement of Corporate Governance Practices”
IFC presentation will focus on the aspect of establishing efficient mechanisms for the implementation of the valid regulation and accepted recommendations for corporate governance practice. The „scorecard“ represents a means enabling the companies to monitor and evaluate the level of compliance of the established practice with the principle of corporate governance „best practice“, and detect possible weaknesses, as well as measures and activities necessary for their overcoming. The project „Scorecard“ is part of the continuous cooperation between the Belgrade Stock Exchange and International Financial Corporation (IFC) within the Corporate Governance Program realized by this corporation in SEE countries.

15.00 – 18.00 Workshop: “Practical Insights in the Structured Derivatives Business”
The Belgrade Stock Exchange is organizing an interactive WORKSHOP, which will focus on the latest trends in the field of structured products. Some of the topics included in the Workshop are: creation of structured products, trading models, risk protection, marketing in the process of selling derived structured products, etc. Workshop participants will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the current situation in this field in SEE and CEE regions.
