AtaSighorta - first insurance company having its issue prospectus registered in 2006 Baku Stock Exchange Posted: Tuesday, 29 Aug 2006 State Committee for Securities of the Azerbaijan Republic registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered stocks of AtaSighorta OJSC. The volume of the issue is AZN 1,000,000 , face value per stock AZN 20 . According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held through initial public offering at Baku Stock Exchange. AtaBank OJSC will be the underwriter of placement of stocks. Pursuant to the issue prospectus of stocks, the shareholders of the issuer within 9 months have the right of priority to obtain stocks to be placed in proportion with their shares in the issuers authorized capital. The issue prospectus of stocks of AtaSighorta OJSC is placed on the web-site of the Baku Stock Exchange.
