First IPO conference took place in Baku Baku Stock Exchange Posted: Friday, 2 Nov 2007 On November 1st of 2007, the 1st IPO conference in Azerbaijan called  I Don't know how to go to the financial market? Learn with us! It  took place in Baku, at Park Inn Hotel. The one-day conference was organized by Baku Stock Exchange and Deloitte with the support of State Committee for Securities of Azerbaijan Republic. The goal of the conference which was attended by about 100 participant companies was to enlighten the Azeri business people and companies about IPO process, its structure and the relevant legislation, problems and perspectives of this process. In the nearest future Baku SE plans to conitnue this conference with local workshops and seminars for Azeri business community.
