The Board of Directors of Baku Stock Exchange held its meeting on June 30, 2009. The two matters were the point of disuccsions; adoption of the new listing rules and election of the Listing Committee. As a result of the meeting, the new listing rules were adopted and the Listing Comittee consisting of the 5 employees of the BSE staff was elected. The effective date of the new listing rules is expected to be August 1, 2009; also, the BSE is planning to present the rules to the general public in the near future.
