Business Hours:
In Armenia, government agencies and businesses are open Monday to Friday from 9.00 - 18.00 hrs (with an hour for lunch between 13.00 - 14.00 p.m.). Shopping centers and supermarkets are generally open from 8.00 – 23.00 hrs daily.

Armenia’s currency is known as the Armenian Dram (AMD). The exchange centers can be found at airports, most hotels, and in large shopping centers. More info on current exchange rate, please check here.

Major credit cards are accepted in all of Armenia's large hotels and major commercial areas, but it may be best to deal in cash in some less-frequented parts of the city.
